What is ACPA?

The Accreditation Council for Practical Abilities (ACPA) is a non-profit organization established in 2003 with the support of the government, corporations and higher education institutions such as universities. Its objective is to establish a new educational system and a practical ability certification system through cooperation between the government, industry and academia, and to conduct activities aimed at nurturing human resources needed by society.
